Releasing the Phoenix was created by Ashley Nestler, MSW in 2019. Our mission is to provide you with access to mental health coaching, support groups, articles, courses, and resources to help you manage your mental health on your own terms. As a survivor of multiple mental illnesses, Ashley aims to use their personal experience to inform their professional work as a mental health specialist. You, as much as anyone else, deserve your utmost time and attention, and we are here to help you along your personal mental health journey.
